Your shop account and privacy

An account is optional. You can shop and check out as a guest.

Information used for your account

344 Media uses Google Firebase Authentication to manage Google sign-in and email/password accounts. Firebase handles passwords and verification emails. When you use Google sign-in, we receive your account identifier and basic profile information, such as your name and email. We do not receive your Google password or access to your email inbox.

Saved designs and your bag

When you save a design, we store its product selection, text, uploaded artwork and layer settings on our hosting so you can reopen and edit it. Saved bag items are associated with your verified account. These records are kept outside the public website files and require account authentication to access.

Print-ready artwork submitted for review and ordering uses unguessable image links so our production provider can retrieve the files. Do not use the design studio to upload confidential documents or sensitive personal information.

Browser storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your guest bag on the same browser. Clearing browser data can remove guest items. Sign out when using a shared device. Designs and bags saved to your account remain available when you sign in again.

Orders

Checkout collects delivery and contact details. Stripe processes payment, and Printful receives the artwork and delivery information needed to produce and ship your order. Your saved-account information is not a substitute for checking your delivery details at checkout.

Your choices

You can remove saved designs and bag items through the shop. We retain saved items until you remove them or request account deletion. To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, contact support@344media.com. Order records may need to be retained for accounting, fulfillment or legal requirements.
